Node Monitoring – Basics and Usage

1. Introduction

What is node monitoring?

Bellydash is a tool for automatic monitoring of nodes in the Redbelly Network (RBNT). The system collects data about your node's status every 15 seconds and stores it in a database, enabling continuous tracking of node health and performance.

Why use it?

  • Stability – Quick detection of node problems
  • Security – Immediate notifications about failures
  • Fast response – Telegram alerts allow you to react to problems in real-time
  • History – Access to charts and statistics from recent days/weeks
  • Automation – Weekly reports summarizing node operation

The goal of this documentation is to reassure the user: monitoring is not complicated, and we'll show you how to use it right away.
